Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 former des dirigeants par la suite. En 2007, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;oralit\u00e9 par Wycliff USA sous la direction du Dr David Payne et par la formation de Terry, Amy Ruff et Jonathan sous la direction du Dr Curtis Sergeant en Communication Bridges to Oral Cultures en 1995.
